the Bistro had fantastic food! the selection featured a wide array of dishes from international cuisines and the seafood stood out with fresh shrimp and oysters. Deepak and the team were friendly and the atmosphere felt very cozy.

I was charged aed4 during my check-out! the hotel claimed it was for a phone call i allegedly made from my room. I explained i didn't dial any number or receive a call, but i was still forced to pay the fee. the receptionist showed no interest in explaining the matter to me, which i did not like.

The breakfast service proved to be excellent. All of the staff were cute. Rezia, the hostess, always made sure we had everything we needed. I enjoyed the breakfasts . The room was always clean and I found it restful.

The room design felt a bit odd, with the fridge located under the writing table. The locker was also inconveniently placed under the tea and coffee corner. I found myself wishing there was more space available in the room.
